Very famliar question , as i did this route 3 times this year.I was on regional 330 for ALL of them.
If you have extra money to spend , then get on 747-400 (74A) with the new J.
If you are taking a 773,777 or 330 then just save your self the money to sit in Y , i walked through 330 J and i dont find the seat spacious or special at all

However if you decided to choose J on 74A, you may be dissapointed with a last minute Aircraft substitution(touchwood.....)
