While the TSA already is requesting passengers' full names as part of its Secure Flight program, the agency says it will phase in the requirement slowly, giving fliers a chance to get their travel documents in order. "What we're trying to do is make the public aware that these changes are coming," says Paul Leyh, director of Secure Flight.
