Very very confusing stuff here...Aeroplan is simple..but not as good!
If there's availability, it's very easy to do, just place a call to reservations. There a chart that discusses reward tickets and the miles required to secure one. I'd start here or here. It sounds like it's a series 10 requiring at least 140,000 miles.

CO has provided very few details about life after SkyTeam.
