But, think of this:
Here in the Bay Area, the San Jose city council just voted to drop their own pay by 3.5%.
... and based on the numbers that others have provided, McDonald has taken a nearly-70% pay cut since 2006. So I guess you're right that the 3.75% pay cut you mentioned was meaningless.
