I'm flying ATL-CPH and vice versa (DL #68 and DL #69) in economy in September and could really use some seating advice. It appears that DL is using the 767-400 without the new lie-flat seating. Having never flown DL transatlantic, I have a few inquiries:

(1) The exit row seats 30F and 30B appear to be the best seats in economy (for someone with an aisle seat preference anyway). I am thoroughly confused whether they are available for assignment now. Can I reserve one now as a NW Gold? 30F appears to be better than 30B given that the lav in the area is on the A/B side. Is this correct?

(2) Seatguru has a mixed message about power ports:
According to Delta, power ports are located between every seat in economy; however, most aircraft only have power in the first 8-10 rows of economy. Because of these inconsistencies, if you are sitting in economy, come prepared with an EmPower adapter and sit in rows 15-22.
Will I have power if I seat in 30F or 30B? Do I need to bring my Empower adapter or is a conventional-style plug available?

(3) If I can't snag an exit row seat, I want to sit in an aisle seat elsewhere, but I want to avoid losing legroom to the dreaded underseat entertainment box. Seatguru and Seatexpert have conflicting messages on the location of the entertainment boxes. Seatguru says they are underneath the B (aisle), E (aisle), and F (aisle) seats; Seatexpert disagrees somewhat, and places them under the B (aisle), D (middle), and F (aisle) seats. Which site is correct? Will I be safe, as far as not losing precious legroom, to the entertainment box if I chose a C (aisle) seat?
