I agree with those saying HKG is the best. Less than an hour from being in my apt downtown to being on the plane. Huge but efficient.
Their lounges are phenomenal as well.
It took me 20 minutes to find the SQ lounge in HKG and when I did I wondered why I bothered. I thought the airport was confusingly laid out and badly signposted. I like Changi.
