You also get suite upgrades in certain hotel chains. Free nights at Peninsula HK in a suite and some other hotel privileges which I find rather useful. You also get a dedicated person attending all your travel needs. A buggy cart on arrival and transit. Found that out when I travelled with a DM+ passenger on my HKG-JFK sector. If you have DM+, it's really useful.
