I would book on DL or NW's site just to be safe, but it seems a case can be made that just using the DL AmEx card and signing up in the link above will get you the bonus miles, wherever you end up booking.
My problem is I've found one more MSN-NYC-ZRH itin on Priceline, but both delta.com and nwa.com refuse to give me the return through JFK no matter what trick I try. I can't decide if I should just take the half bonus or if I should risk booking through Priceline with my Delta Amex.
