Hello all, I have a trip to Singapore for 7 days in mid-August LHR-SIN (QF A380 in Business) and SIN-LHR (BA B747 in Club World).

I'm thinking of doing a detour to HKG, as the existing 6 nights in SIN may be too much. I'd be looking at 3 nights first in HKG and 3 nights in SIN. To do this, I need to take a return trip from SIN-HKG, as a return flight is cheaper than a one-way flight and I can't change my restricted BA flight home to London. As a oneworld flyer, I want to stick with CX on this (it will be my first time on CX) in order to get BA miles and tier points.

My dilemma is whether to fly Business or Economy on the short 3.5 hour CX flights... I am BA Silver (oneworld Sapphire), and so have priority check-in and lounge access anyway.

As seasoned CX flyers, what would you do and which aircraft type would you choose to fly?
