A320 - if the curtain is forward of row 8 then any row from 8 forward to the curtain - after that row 11 which is an exit row but has reclining seats.

Worst rows are rows 9 and 10 which have no extra leg room and non-reclining seats, and row 26.

A319 - if the curtain is forward of row 7 then any row from 7 forward to the curtain - after that row 9 which is an exit row but has reclining seats.

Worst rows are row 8 which has non-reclining seats, and row 22.
