Just do the math. If I were a shareholder of Hilton or had an an ownership interest in this property, I would be really hacked.

Of course it is an exception....but if someone was bringing that amount of cash to the table, I would make those exceptions every single time. "You stay with me X number of days, you bet I'd be more than happy to work with you on the rate." Those are the sort of people I want working for me.

There was a financial winner and loser here. If you have to have it pointed out who is who, then you will just never get it.
