I went to the delta website sign in and then went to the button that say's "SkyMiles" and clicked Buy/Transfer. Then clicked on "Transfer Miles" which says "Transfer miles to another SkyMiles member.".

It seems like I can't seem to give them my skymiles I earn. It want me to pay. So is there a way to transfer my skymiles to someone else.
