I upgraded YVR to YYC with LMUG for 100 vs a middle seat. Good option from T+ (incidentally the T+ Western Commuter pass)

Offered a day earlier for 100 on YEG to YVR, but didn't take it as it was an E90.

Intersting that service on the 320 in J was a bag of cashews; maybe that's not new (i've been mostly on 3 to 4 hour flights lately)

This is a good option for me. It really answers my concerns about buying a Latitude Western Commuter Pass vs a Tango Plus one. I don't always feel the short haul upgrade is worth the extra 80 bucks each leg- this lets me choose the few that I want to upgrade on for $100 and stay tango plus on the rest. Should save me money and give me flexibility.

Now do I change from an East West pass in Latitude? I treasure those 24 hour upgrades. I'm really curious the cost of an east west flight, like YVR or YYC to YYZ. I suspect it won't be $100.
