You may be able to see availability for 5/6 on EF but you can't book it on AA.com.
If you try 5/5/10 on aa.com, it returns an error that says "American Airlines can only display flights up to 329 days in advance. The date you have selected is either outside of this time frame or does not exist." 5/4/10 works.
AA reservations, however, will let you book a flight 331 days in advance. I would have thought that EF would have had limitations similar to reservatiions (i.e. Sabre), rather than aa.com.
