I was there earlier this year. A Gold member, I was upgraded to the executive floor, the top (fifth, I think it was) floor. A new very nice hotel attached to (or part of) a big mall adjacent to a big train station. Breakfast at the lounge. I was also given a bottle of champaign and snack after checking into the room. I was staying at the lowest available rate then.

You would not get a nice view of the city and the river that you might get from the other Hilton. But I really don't mind staying at this new Hilton at all.
