I was not impressed at all by this hotel. I felt I was nickel and dimed @ every corner. I even purchased a plan and ended up having charges to my room continuosly which I had to dispute to have removed, not a good level of service! I even returned the drink coupons I was given! I doubt I will ever come back! Spa was over priced, even with the package I purchased, I considered it expensive! I pay the same price at a nice spa in Chicago, even discounting the package voucher I got.
