2. 1200 + square feet. I called the D desk before making a reservation to see if it was available and what I would be confirmed into. The inventory for D upgrades is in the Garden wing on floors 1 and 2. At this property that is not good and certainly on 1 goes not afford a full ocean view. Knowing that I called the resort front desk and asked some other questions. Being told "rooms control" would look after the reservation as we are Ds booked via phone confirming the upgrade. I then called the resort and asked the reservation be noted. The other thing I asked for was to be by Club. When we arrived we were on 1 near the Club. If my wife got on a chair she could see water. They had nothing and we could not be moved. We were moved after the second day to another suite on 2 closer to the lobby which has exceptional views and feels like a home. Ocean views from the balconey and three flat panel tvs. At night you can see the laua show.
3. 1200 + square feet.
4. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Wet bar in living room with dining table.
5. Nights 1 and 2. First suite C-. Nights 3 and 4. Second suite A.
