A very nice almost-£250 turned up yesterday, although it's still about £40 short of what I was first expecting. Not yet sure whether to ask what's happened to the balance.

The lawyers are being separately paid, in addition to the amount promised to the passengers.

There was never going to be any additional compensation from this settlement. The payout to passengers is one-third of the fuel surcharge paid to BA.
