Consistent online access at HIs, CPs and HIXs in the UK

I just completed a trip through Scotland, staying at several HIXs, His and CPs. At each property the online access service company was different, and of course, unlike North and South American properties, free internet is not offered to guests on even PC elites. I decided at the first property (Inverness HIX) to purchase 30-minutes of wifi as I'd not checked emails for three days. Assuming this 30-minutes would be useable over several days (which was advertised on the sign-up page) I only used about 15-minutes, reserving the next block two nights later at the HIX in Glasgow (or at the CP or HI I would be staying at between the two HIXs). However, at all the subsequent properties the internet supplier was different and thus I could not access The Cloud and use the balance of my 15-minutes.

So while I am not overly concerned about losing £1.50 of use, it would be practical for the ICH brands to all use the same internet supplier and not five different ones at five different properties!
