I think I had the new system on an A330 in May. My thinking it was the new system is the moving map was very exciting with 3D views ( I was doing quite a bit of flying so a new moving map added a bit of novelty and interest). The 747s and A340 with new product I flew on had the traditional moving map.

So you might get the new system on the Airbus and may not on the 747 if my basic interpretation of the systems by their maps is correct.
