Kevino,

Valet parking is free, but I never bother. It's further to walk to my room from the lobby than from the car park, and I never have to wait for the car.

In fact, if you stay in a pavilion along the top footpath - same level as Elements restaurant, you can access the rooms either from the car park entrance or via elevators every 25 m, or so, throughout the carpark. If you stay in one of these pavilions, or in the main 4 storey building, it's usually less than a minute to your room from the car.

503 and 504 are the upper rooms in the first pavilion block, closest to Elements and the car park, but most on that level are close. Next in line re 507 and 508.

re: wine and sweets, I noticed an orange VIP sticker on my folio so perhaps it's a special offer as I stay at this property for 30-40 nights a year.

If you're a regular guest, you should have a coffee with Dietmar, the GM. It can't hurt to know the GM. He is very approachable.

Enjoy your stay.
