As for your parents, they should've just gone to the DL club down the hall. If CO can't train their employees, they can certainly pay your way into a partner lounge.
But if it's too late, you may want to contact Customer Care and request some free PC passes for future use due to the improper denial of entry.
Didn't know about the DL lounge there. Well for next time I guess. It was funny though, after a while, one of the lounge ladies came out and said that they spoke to their supervisor and that my parents were correct! I would have laughed in her face! BC my dad showed them where it was stated on CO.com. But instead my dad told her he had since made other plans and he would not want to go in there anyway. I wrote a note to Customer Care and to the PC that they needed to better train their people. But didnt ask for passes for future entrance...good idea!
