Booking ticketed, then "cancelled" as per swiss.com profile

Dear all,

Today I purchased a ticket for an intra-european return flight in business (3 legs, also involving a LH-operated flight), using LX's website. Everything seemed to be fine. I received the usual emails with the confirmation and the e-ticket details.

I immediately called LX to have my seats pre-assigned. No problems: everything sorted. Checking expertflyer my assigned seats showed as occupied on the seat-map.

One hour ago I called to change a seat assignment. Then, just to double-check the departure time, I logged into "My profile" on the Swiss.com website. I saw my reservation under "Current bookings". I clicked on the reservation code, like I did dozens of times, and... a new page opened saying "your reservation has been cancelled" (or something similar).

Now, when I access "My profile" on Swiss.com the reservation appears under "CANCELLED BOOKINGS". Moreover, expertflyer no longer shows my seats as occupied.

The strange thing is that, when calling Swiss over the phone, they say that the reservation is fine and they have no idea why it shows as cancelled.

In your experience, should I be worried (flight is at the end of current week)? I can NOT miss this flight; if there is even a slight risk, I'd rather purchase a second ticket...
Is there a 100% sure way to check that the reservation has NOT been cancelled?

Thanks in advance for your support and advice-
