I'm in the new Skyteam Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 4 right now. It's only been open a week, and not as far a walk in the wrong direction from CO's dpearture gates as the Holideck Lounge is.

It's very white and has a futuristic feel in the way of the Jetsons. Armchairs for 2 are by the windows, and tables for larger groups are towards the middle. There's free wi-fi along with computer stations, all of them PC's rather than Macs. Additionally, there's a large column surrounded by what look like X-Box game stations; about 5 in all.

There's a central core where the food and drinks are. And a much better selection of items than the Holideck. According to the menus at each sitting area, the food, both hot and cold, will change as the time of day changes. I'm on the 4PM LHR-EWR flight, and they still have the lunch, as opposed to the tea, service out:

Czech salad (not sure what makes it up)
Rice salad
Charcuterie (nice selection of meats, no chicken that I could see)
Chicken ceasar wrap (haven't seen that)
Tuna wrap (also not seen by me)
