It's no different from a "walk up full J purchase" at the last minute.

We really don't know the inter-action between LMUP and cert. upgrade from the "I" inventory, and also Latitude Flight Pass complimentary upgrade.
The Latitude fp comp u/g comes from the J inventory and is protected. AC wants to make some money after the cert u/gs are done and I think it's a good idea ( did I really say this!!) but it should be available through agents as well rather than with OLCI only. P's would have got their u/g by then.
