* A space-available room upgrade, including breakfast.* seems quite clear to me in the status descriptions. Additionally, one might argue that if one was upgraded to an executive level room then breakfast would be included automatically.

Also note another line:

"In addition, you will receive complimentary Continental breakfast for you and up to one additional registered hotel guest each day of your stay." Not 'either' but 'in addition'

How is it then that this one hotel seems to get away with it but all other Hiltons have a different policy (that I've come across)? Anyone else come across this?
