I'm pretty disappointed in this response. I'm not necessarily a Continental defender, though I largely think they run a pretty decent airline, but they have agreed to put a management representative on this board to help some of their customers. His presence is very beneficial. There are times he can not provide answers that satisfy everyone (for many different reasons), but this post is a little over the top.

That being said...to the OP. Please do send something in. Who knows what caused the FA to miss her duties, but perhaps by highlighting it, something can be done. Reports like this could, in theory, help lessen the likelihood of some of the disasters that happen in air travel. The more "Near Misses" that are reported, the less "First Aids" happen, the less "injuries" happen, etc. It's good to report the minor things so that the major ones don't happen.
