TOOLMAN, could you give a quick review of the hotel? Everything to your satisfaction? Was there a charge for parking?

Thanks in advance.

I'm obviously not TOOLMAN, but I'll put my 2 cents in until he gets a chance to.

Parking is free. It's a typical Embassy Suites and is in reasonably good condition. Front desk was helpful, especially when I had a plumbing problem at 6 a.m. (I'll spare you the details) and they had to send someone up to the room to fix it. The Embassy Touch box containing bottled water and snacks (For Gold and Diamond status) was waiting in my room when I checked in and my stay posted promptly.

Breakfast was again typical ES, with some long lines for the hot items, but no wait for cold items. They weren't making omelettes or pancakes when I was there, so the cooked-to-order options were limited. Food quality was fine though.

For aesthetics, I'd recommend asking for a room on a high floor on the side away from the freeway if available. And if you want to use an exercise bike, it sounds like it's a good idea to reserve the cycle room. I haven't seen one of those rooms, but I don't believe the exercise room at the hotel had a cycle.
