I'm not sure why it needs to be a 777 if the point is for her to lie down completely? NW (out of MSP), CO (out of IAH/EWR), AA (out of DFW), and DL (out of ATL, operated by NW with a 744) offer near lie-flat products on the A333, 764/76H, 763, and 744 (respectively) operated to/from HNL. UA, which offers 772 service between ORD-HNL does not have lie flat seating in First.
