Infants are
NOT allowed in emergency rows, only in bulkhead seats.
However, you're correct in saying that premium passengers have first choice for these seats and unfortunately most are pre-allocated before OLCI opens 24 hours before your flight, especially on the EZE route which tends to be very busy with premium passengers.
