I have done LHR-PHL-MCO (PHL-MCO on WN) and allowed 4 hours, even with walking to terminal E it took under 2 hours, hope this is of some use as a comparison
connecting in PHL is absolutley the cheapest way to get to MCO from the UK/ROI
