when you guys say downgraded are you talking about being downgraded from paid or upgrade tickets, because if I was ever down graded on a paid J ticket I would be far from happy, I fully appreciate people being downgraded from upgrades and rightly so if paid passengers are to take priority as the terms state this and hence I always pay for tickets. I am fully aware of paying pasengers being dwongraded on other airlines but thats another reason I fly BA and CX as I was under the impression they dont do this to paid tickets.
