Depends. LiveTV and games are free domestically, but movies and HBO films will cost you (if it's AVOD; if it's overhead, the programming is free if you have the headphones and adapter). Internationally, it's all free (including headsets), but LiveTV won't work.

Generally, with the AVOD planes, you will only need a single-prong adapter.
