I booked two partner award tickets for myself and girlfriend SEA to Ho Chi Minh City, connecting through Seoul in November. Tix were in coach at 85k each. After giving it some thought I called back and had tix re-issued in Business at 110k. It is such a long flight, and especially for her, she is coming all the way from DCA. From looking at the KAL website, I gather that they offer a couple of different classes up front, First and Prestige. I gather that Business class is Prestige, but I can't tell if my route has the Prestige Plus seats that fully recline or not.
Anyone have experience on this route? Is the upgrade worth the extra 25k in your opinion?
