I would say there has been much development since pre 2000. IMHO, the RCCs got stuck in the mud since 2000. No improvement and major updates to its fixtures, etc. The only exception is probably the free internet access. JFK, SFO and LAX got a face lift.

The best of all - MIA, did have real food and open bar throughout of the day was closed after MIA got downsized. I would say that RCC was the one we all like to see rolling out of entire RCC system.

LGA, IAD, ORD (except B18),

Internationally, NRT and HKG both got huge upgrades with showes added, but HKG lost its good food in the process. SIN, TPE, and LHR (recently) went away.

GRU looks the same but they still have real food. FRA is still at the bottom of the list.
