Do I think UA milks the weather problems more than they should? absolutely.

But based on the OP's post, all 3 delays were caused due to weather.
He was a genral member and is still general member.

I believe it happened last Jan when weather was bad in Oregon and Washington states.

He sent an email complaining if the weather was a problem of either his origin city or destination city, it was understandable and his trip ORD-EWR had nothing to do with weather in SEA.

Personally I like CO status check.. CO provides history of your aircraft. You can be better prepared.
