Exactly! And the guys on the SE corner stay pretty late - around midnight. I've had both, and can't discern a difference.
They also now have another daytime cart over on 53rd and 7th.

But I also second the vote for the Kwik Meal carts. They also use real lamb, which is nice!
If you are looking for other options than chicken/lamb over rice, Carnegie John's (right outside Carnegie Hall, only daytime) makes a nice burger.
I've also been meaning to try the Halo Berlin cart.
