You fail to mention that NW TATL alcohol was a result of NW's relationship with with KLM. NW charges for alcohol TPAC. So as posted, this is to align with AF-KL.
Yes, except this is a step down in the alignment for Northwest passengers. Previously, ALL alcohol was free on NW TATL...now it will just be beer & wine.
