It's always nice on AF TATL to select Edith Piaf on the AVOD, throw back a little quality champagne, and reflect on how life is pretty good. I even had some williams pear brandy last time -- all comp'd on my ~$400 a-i TATL ticket.
Regardless of whether they're free, are any of the DL screw-top wines potable?
Both my friend and I tried it.. he found it fine but it really wasn't to my taste.. tasted more like grape juice than wine to me although YMMV. I may have been a bit biased on my flight home from England/France/Italy where I had wine with every meal.
