There was a fellow with an expired Gold Card on the 64 last night who hadn't received his new card yet.
What I don't understand is that if I ordered a replacement card on the website (I always like to have a spare) it usually turned up in a week. There are people who have not received a new card before their old one expired. So, either there is a shortage of cards or the card printing machine cannot handle the new number format.
Whoever project managed this new system launch should be sacked.
