It does go a little wrong when a flight comes in late

Regarding the remote parking, thats something I have always wondered about. There is always at some point a free stand that the plane could park up on so its attached to a jetty instead of making a 744 full of late passengers get into a few busses first, but I guess they arrange for the day where flights are going to arrive to and depart from so it might confuse things a little if they move a plane around (I'd love to have a look in on stand management one day to understand it more)
