Small plate of fruit, yoghurt, cooked breakfast, bread roll, coffee/tea and a bar run. I flew the route yesterday. I was glad I didn't spend the £150 to upgrade as you are basically buying tier points and an empty middle seat.

Well, together with real crockery and cutlery, better quality fruit/cooked breakfast, choice of warmed rolls and/or pastries and as much champagne as you care to neck.....
