How many hours in the air would that be?! Despite having come back from NRT two weeks ago, the idea of flying there and then getting yet another flight just to hang out with a load of fat Americans for a week or so really doesn't appeal!

Note that ANA availability to NRT is basically nil in premium classes (sometimes it opens up a week before) so you're looking at LH or LX - I did the latter.
