Free personalized luggage tags at LAX
There was a table at LAX Gate 3/5 today where a Southwest employee was offering to laminate your business card into a luggage tag. There was also a 1-page handout describing the highlights of Rapid Rewards, BS, and A-List.

I was very happy to see this, not least because the handout gave no indication of any impending change to Rapid Rewards. ^
