Yeah. Same turnover (firings actually) problem here. My issue is that the new people are nice but not as receptive as the old people to do anything special for me. But one never knows. Bring them brkfst from Dunkin Donuts once in a while or chocolates, those ten bucks can get you an upgrade that's worth $300 or more a week. And it's nice to be nice especially to nice people.
