Anyone had a Gold Card Issued since 'the change'?
My membership year ended 1 May 09.

I'm way over the gold for next year limit.

My account hasn't been reset to a new membership year and despite three attempts, i've not managed to get it either reset or a new gold card despatched.

Current one runs until 06/09.

Do I need to escalate or are their many of us in the same boat?
