All the domestics and I suspect all of the internationals carry a variety of 'freight" on passsenger flights, from priority shipments, to mail, and to occupied coffins (see HBO "movie", "Taking Chance").

As an example, flowers from the Netherlands were once and may still be an imporant cargo aboard TATLs by KLM.
