we were at waikoloa on the ALON award about 10 days ago and it's pretty good. lots of pools to choose from, lot's of tropical drinks, and it didn't seem too crowded. i am a diamond and got an upgrade to an ocean view room. if you play tennis, the courts are excellent. i'll be happy to offer my opinion on any specific questions anyone might have.
