You can get the same 100 miles for lunch at Panda Express, among others (idine's "Mileage Plus Dining" (for UA; other airlines available)). Point is, the "points plus miles" really means "points plus sh!tty miles you could just as easily get by charging a couple of shirts to your mileage card."

I agree with Sr. Kokonutz. Give us more bonus incentives. Last time I got some bonus points (as Diamond) was ~last September.
