I am headed to Chase Bank this morning to once again get them to add this months and last months miles to my account.

For the third time in a year Chase didn't give me credit for the usage. They now owe me @ 107,000 miles (Apr/May 09).

I use my card heavily for business expenses but am considering a new bank due to this constant beat-down.

Does anyone else suffer from this issue? Any ideas?

Any suggestions on debit cards for business users averaging $50k month on the card?
